| Water for sure, I drink about 4 to 6 bottles a day. If I go somewhere-restaurant I might get Dr. Pepper, but usually water. |

Shell: some of coconut drink is like that, but is really good...it taste different...I don't know how to describe it...maybe complex can help u out better than me, hihi 
complex: sugar cane can be sweet, but this not sweet like u think, it natural sweet, not like sugar...this drink u don't have to add any sugar, 'cause it already got the sweet taste in it |

This is a little old, but I thought to bring it up again.
I drink alot of water, if I don't have water, I may have a glass of soda. Lately though I've been enjoying drinking Banana, Strawberry & Orange juice made by Dole. It may not sound like it goes together, but it's very good. |
