Hi there. My name's Emily and this is my first time posting. I'm not really sure if I should even be here because my husband and I have been happily married for 7 years. But I decided after reading about all of your lives, I'd feel like a borderline stalker if I didn't share my own life with you. I only hope I don't begin missing my pilates class - I'm trying to stay healthy these days! I'm 35 years-old (but I usually pass for 29), and I live in New Jersey with my husband and our Jack Russell. No kids yet but I think my husband will be ready soon Any advice you can give to help me move him along?
Well when you say you think he is going to be ready? Have you talked to him about how you feel? have you told him that you are ready to have children? What are his feelings about it? I think the first thing is to communicate what you want and why. To get him going let him know that what reasons this is the right moment to start now to have children. I have two boys, the mother of my boys and I talked about it, we both agreed that we wanted kids so we decied to try, she really did not need to convince me because i also wanted kids so it was easy for us since we wanted the same thing. Good Luck and be prepared for stinky diapers, and not sleeping well for the next 18 years......LOL j/k = )
